22 August 2022: On Myawaddy–Kawkareik highway, Kawkareik township and district, Kayin state, an armed group opened fire at an ambulance belonging to the LNGO Myawaddy, with a patient onboard. No casualties to the patient or driver, damaging the vehicle. Source: Than Lwin Times
