14 November 2022: In al-Hol town and subdistrict, al-Hasakah district and governorate, an unknown person killed with a sharp object two Egyptian sisters, aged 10 and 13, at the al-Hol Camp, and dumped them in a sewage ditch. The victims were raped a few days earlier, after which a group of women harassed them and their mother due to the stigma surrounding victims of sexual violence.
