29 December 2022: In Koui sub-prefecture, Ouham-Pende prefecture, armed perpetrators beat six INGO aid workers who were returning from a field mission and stole personal belongings as well as cash. In response, the INGO suspended its activities in the area for the next two months, activities which included the construction of six boreholes to support 2,500 people in need of water supply.
