Public and private medical institutions ordered to close for female education

02 December 2024: In Kabul city, the Taliban’s Ministry of Public Health, under the supreme leader’s directive, ordered the closure of all public and private medical institutions for female education, halting enrolment and teaching in midwifery, dentistry, nursing, and laboratory sciences.
