04 December 2023: In Guasave downtown, Sinaloa state, two students were beaten and forced to walk naked through the city as a form of punishment for selling electric vapes by armed hooded men. 22 November 2021: In Ciudad Renacimiento neighbourhood, Acapulco de Juarez city, Acapulco municipality, Guerrero state, a group of people prevented nurses, doctors and assistants from leaving hospitals to administer COVID-19 vaccines.
