24 June 2025: In Kyaukme town, township, and district, Shan state (North), a private general practitioner clinic and two public schools were among the 49 buildings damaged by bombs dropped by a Myanmar military fighter jet at around 5 pm. No casualties were reported at the clinic. At least four civilians (from the building next to the clinic) were killed and 14 were injured in this attack. 12 May 2025: In Oe Htein Kwin village, Tabayin township, Ye-U district, Sagaing region, a school was bombed by Myanmar military forces, killing 20 school children and two teachers, and injuring more than 60. The military used the MK-82 500 lb bombs in the attack. As reported on 26 April 2025: In War Bo village and village tract, Sittwe township and district, Rakhine state, a station hospital and around 200 civilian houses were burned down during multiple attacks by the Myanmar military using artillery and armed drones between late 2024 and April, 2025. 09 April 2025: In Nan Khan village and village tract, Wuntho township, Kawlin district, Sagaing region, the staff-residence building of a station hospital, eight houses, and shops were damaged due to the bombs dropped by the Myanmar military fighter jets. 15 February 2025: In Ye-U town and township, and district, Sagaing region, a traditional medicine hospital and a police station occupied by the Myanmar military were attacked with improvised artillery; and the three military checkpoints by both artillery and small firearms by the local resistance forces. 08 September 2024: In Shin Ywar village, the middle Pharonga island, Pauktaw township, Sittwe district, Rakhine state, an unspecified number of health workers were amongst 17 people killed and at least 10 people injured at the prisoner-of-war detention centre of the Arakan Army (AA) due to bombs dropped by the Myanmar military jet fighter. 19 August 2024: In Momauk town and township, Bhamo district, Kachin state, a clinic (a delivery room, under the Directorate of Defence Medical Services) was damaged and taken over by the Kachin Independence Army during the taking over of the battalion the said clinic belonged to. 21 July 2024: In Min Nay Kone village and village tract, Ngazun township, Tada-U district, Mandalay region, the window glasses of the sub-rural health centre were smashed, medicines and other properties in the staff house of the midwife torched, and a police station was torched by local resistance forces. As reported on 25 June 2024: In Kyaukpyu town, township, and district, Rakhine state, sales of medicines and consumables such as cotton, gauze, bandage, methylated spirit, and povidone-iodine by pharmacies and clinics were banned by the junta. 28 April 2024: In Lun Don village and village tract, Kanpetlet township, Mindat district, a sub-rural health centre and at least three houses were damaged by bombs dropped by the Myanmar military air forces. 15 April 2024: In Buthidaung town and township, Maungdaw district, Rakhine state, the pharmacy, MSF office buildings and at least 200 civilian homes were torched by the Myanmar military. The affected health facility stopped functioning in March 2024 due to the heightened armed clashes in the area. 28 March 2024: In Myaing town and township, Pakokku district, Magway region, a township hospital, an immigration office, and a military checkpoint occupied by the Myanmar military were attacked with small firearms by the local resistance forces. 05 March 2024: In Hshihseng town and township, Taunggyi district, Shan state (South), a township hospital and houses were damaged by artillery shelling and armed drone attack by the Myanmar military. The hospital stopped functioning before this attack due to armed clashes between the Myanmar military and Pa-Oh National Liberation Army in the town and surrounding area. 20 February 2024: In Ramree town and township, Kyaukpyu district, Rakhine state, a township hospital was severely damaged due to the bombs dropped by the Myanmar military aircrafts. 28 January 2024: On the highway connecting Pakokku town and Yesagyo town, Yesagyo township, Pakokku district, Magway region, an LNGO ambulance on its way back to Yesagyo town after dropping off a patient in Pakokku town, was attacked with small firearms by an armed group. 21 January 2024: In Cangtak village and village tract, Madupi township and district, Chin state, a rural health centre was entered by the Myanmar military who destroyed and torched pharmaceuticals, a generator, and motorbikes. As reported on 09 January 2024: In Loikaw town, township, and district, Kayah state, a hospital (tertiary-level, public), and staff houses of nurses, midwives, and doctors were occupied by the Myanmar military. There have been heightened armed clashes between the Myanmar military and a joint force of ethnic armed groups and local resistance forces in this town since early November 2023 in the attempt of the latter group to take over the town. 04 January 2024: In Lashio town, township, and district, Shan state (North), UN/INGOs left the town due to the heightened armed clashes between the Myanmar military and ethnic armed organisations in this area. 18 September 2023: At the jetty in Yae Kyi village, Pam Ma Ti village tract, Myitkyina township and district, Kachin state, two female nurses and a male Red Cross volunteer were among ten youths reportedly arrested by an ethnic armed organisation Kachin Independence Army. As reported on 05 September 2023: In Tada-U township and district, Mandalay region, at least eight ambulances from five villages were confiscated by the Myanmar military to prevent them being used by the local resistance forces.
